Crystal island, Moscow, Russia
Crystal Island (picture above) is planned to have a vast mega structure covering a total floor area of 2,500,000 m². At 450m the scheme in one of the tallest structures enclosing the largest volume, on the planet. It also creates a spectacular new emblem on the Moscow skyline. Conceived as a self-contained city within a city, it contains a rich mix of buildings including museums, theaters and cinemas, to ensure that it is a major new destination for the whole Moscow city.
Jeddah Tower, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Jeddah Tower, previously known as Kingdom Tower, is an under construction skyscraper in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, which is claimed to be the tallest skyscraper in the world after its completion. The high of the tower will be more than 1 km, with a floor area of 243,866 m² which primary use will be to house a Four Seasons Hotel, Four Seasons serviced apartments, office space, and luxury condominiums. The Tower will also have the world’s highest observatory.
Falcon city of wonders, Dubai, UAE

Shanghai Tower, Shanghai, China
Shanghai tower is the tallest skyscraper not only in Shanghai but in whole China. The building is 632 meters high with a total floor area of 380,000 m². Its tiered construction, designed for high energy efficiency, is divided vertically into nine sections, each with its own internal atrium and elevators and an observation lobby that will feature shops, gardens and restaurants. As you may imagine, it also incorporates a hotel.
One World Trade Center, New York, USA
The new World Trade Center, “One World Trade Center“, will be the tallest building not only New York city but also in the United States with 546 meters high, 914,400m² office area and three observation floors. In construction of One World Trade Center use an innovative mix of architecture, safety and sustainability. One World Trade Center will be a new visual landmark for New York and the United States.
