Have you ever played Lego? If yes, then you will understand the PopUp house concept.

PopUp house is a new construction concept invented in France that was developed by Multipod Studio. It is a unique approach to passive prefabricated construction. The entire structure of PopUp house (floors, walls, ceiling) can be constructed by assembling insulating blocks with wooden panels.

As a matter of fact, such new concept has its advantages. First of all, fast installation because of use of lightweight materials and no use of special tools. Second, low cost of a house because of use of inexpensive materials in the construction and as such, it is assembled in a short period of time. Third, use of recyclable materials what makes PopUp house environmentally friendly. Lastly, outstanding insulation because no additional heating is required.

Because of this concept, anyone can build a house or an office. For such construction you don’t need any technical knowledges, the only thing you need is an electrical screwdriver and a construction site.

Does this concept a potential threat for traditional construction? Time will show.
