What is Viva Technology?
Viva Technology is the biggest tech event in France. Organized by Publicis and Les Echos, it brings together thousands of startups, investors, tech enthusiasts and many others. The event aims to celebrate innovation, share new ideas and come up with the solutions of the future by supporting startups on their quest for growth.
Viva Technology or Vivatech started in June 2016. The first edition gathered over 45 000 people which included 5 000 startups, 6 000 CEOs, 250 investors and 5 000 students, a huge success that encouraged the continuity of the event.
Viva Technology 2017
This year, the event hopes to grow even more. Expected to welcome 50 000 people including 7 000 CEOs, 1 000 investors and 400 speakers from 200 countries all over the world, the event will take place in Porte de Versailles, only a 15-minutes car ride away from the Eiffel Tower.
To accomplish the 3-main axis of this year’s event: empowering, pioneering and daring, Vivatech has organized a series of activities and conferences to encourage networking and promote communication and learning among the attendants.
